How To Lighten The Wrinkling Of Fabric During Sewing

Sewing And Wrinkling Of Sewing Fabric

The cloth itself has a great influence on the sewing condition.

For example, some organizations are fine cloth, after finishing fabric, thinner and not telescopic cloth.

When the direction of sewing is parallel to the meridional direction of these fabrics, the embedded stitches will force the warp to be in place, and the warp will be pushed away because of each stitch. The deviation caused by the accumulation of multiple needles will shrink along the seam of the joint, resulting in wrinkling. When the direction of sewing is parallel to the weft direction of these fabrics, it usually wrinkles less.

According to experience, the diagonal joints in diagonal corners will not wrinkle. Most cloth will be enough to avoid wrinkling if the joints are at the angle of 15 degrees in longitude or latitude.

Therefore, the oblique cutting operation can be considered.

If necessary, smoothing agent can be applied to cloth.

In addition, fine needles should be used as far as possible.

Because fine needle can obviously reduce the resistance generated when passing through the cloth, it has the effect of preventing wrinkle and wrinkle. At the same time, we should pay attention to changing new needles frequently.

When using the synthetic sewing thread, the tension of the suture must be carefully determined and the tension should be adjusted to a minimum.

The bottom line tension must be adjusted to: when the end of the seam moves freely, the bottom spindle spindle and the outer sleeve slowly slide down, and the tension between the surface line and the bottom line must be consistent, so that they interweave exactly between the two layers of cloth.

The tension of the sewing thread is too large. It will shrink automatically to ease the tension. This phenomenon will shrink the cloth along the joint and wrinkle the joint.

It should also be noted that the friction between the upper cloth and the presser will also force the lower fabric to move faster and cause the seam to crease.

As long as the pressure of the presser foot is lowered as much as possible, and the use of fine teeth to deliver the teeth (conveyor), the speed of sewing machine can be reduced to avoid the wrinkling caused by feeding. The basic way to solve this problem is to use a sewing machine with differential feeding or needle feeding mechanism.
