According to the Vietnam Economic Times reported on June 17th, the chairman of the Vietnam textile and Garment Association, Li Guo en, said that Vietnam's textile and clothing exports in the first half of this year were expected to be only $4 billion 650 million, but the goal of exporting $10 billion 500 million for the whole year is still expected to achieve. Among them, exports to the US market increased by 15%, exports to the Japanese market increased by 10%, and the EU market increased slightly.


In addition, exports to Taiwan, Korea and ASEAN countries have also increased considerably.

At present Vietnam's textile and garment exports account for 2.69% of the world market share.

In the US and Japanese markets, Vietnam ranked only 7.4% in China and 4% in Vietnam.
