Business Leaders' "Five Can" And "Five Must Not"

In the age of mercantilism,

Is it possible for a person to be on the top of the list of wealth, such as Mr. Yan Jiehe, or a large enterprise (such as Mr. Zhang Ruimin), or is he a senior member of the shopping mall (such as Mr. Duan Yongji), or eloquent (such as Mr. Feng Lun), or longer than the present (such as Mr. Jiang Nan Chun), can be the name of this "business leader"? I personally feel that these or some conditions that can become business leaders are not necessarily the elements of leadership.

Here, I try to quote some elements of business leaders that I believe are:

First of all, they can be ambitious and foresee the trend and know it when people do not know it, so that others who follow the wind are stunned and rethink, such as Bill Gate.

Second, we should pcend our own limits, and we should not only rely on our own hands, trust professionals, control the direction, grasp the key points, but also have the industry vision and the macro interest pattern outside our enterprises.

Third, take the limited resources to shoulder heavy responsibilities, or because of the courage to taste business opportunities, or because of the risk of no one to take risks, so that less investment to write out the scale of business legend, so that entrepreneurial activities highlight the charm, such as Li Jiacheng.

Fourth, reflect on the success or failure of other people's management and management, and spare no effort to propagate, so that future generations and others can avoid the dangerous road and climb the front peak, such as Jack Welch.

Fifth, although it is rich, not to win the people, to pay attention to the persuasive force, to construct the values recognized by the society, and make people to be convinced of their moral influence, such as Warren Buffett.

The central meaning of these five points is that leaders are not self styled. They are a reputation based on full and natural social identification.

What kind of person is not suitable for business leaders? I conclude that "five must not be" here: relying on privilege and becoming a potential force, though powerful as a monopolistic enterprise, and based on obvious flaws, things are as big as those who do not care for the young; Zhou Zhengyi can not be used as a model for the wealth of the rich, but a real successful practitioner, such as Tang Wanli and his own, can not be hidden.

I do not mean to say that they are of no value at all. When these business figures do not violate the law, they are naturally businessmen of specific value, but they are not suitable for business leaders.

China's folk culture is that parents are to a great extent the face of a family, and the owners are the faces of an enterprise.

In the whole business world, our list of "business leaders" is the face of our country and industry.

If we say thousands of millions of boring theories, we may not remember a single thing. But are we going to give people the image of China's monopoly economy, or is it a big private economy? Is it an industry or a few industries, or is it basically a balanced development? Is it just that some arrogant wealth figures are dominating, or is there a reasonable business logic and business ethics leading? Then the list and Facebook of our business leaders may be more convincing, impacting, memorable and corroborating.

In this sense, we have to wait to see what leaders are the leaders of China's best business leaders and what kind of imagination and logic we can make for them.
