Cohesive Teamwork

An excellent

enterprise

There must be an excellent company.

team

And a good team must be strong inside.

cohesive force

The team, or else the team is just a mess, how to improve the internal cohesion of the team?

First step: eliminate unnecessary work boundaries.

First of all, a rule should be made in the team to make everyone form a habit. When a free table is passed, the telephone on the table is ringing. They should answer the phone, even if they can only take a message.

If a team member has an urgent task to complete, the team leader must summon other available people to finish it in a relatively short time.

This helps to cultivate and build an atmosphere of "mutual support and help".

The second recruit: take up team training together.

Training can motivate people to work enthusiastically, because training enables them to master and use new skills so that they can accept new tasks, take on new responsibilities or meet new challenges.

If team members are collectively trained, this will make the team more united as a group.

After returning to work, they can not only apply to the skills they have learned, but encourage and supervise each other.

Therefore, team leaders should make the team members concentrate on training as much as possible and not allow them to take part in outside training alone.

The third step: rational division of labor and strengthening cooperation

When the team is working, the division and cooperation among members will achieve the effect of 1+1 greater than 2, and encourage mutual respect and cooperation among members.

It also helps people to realize that people are in charge of their tasks, instead of being responsible for them.

Obviously, experienced or skilled members of the team should be responsible for some demanding projects, but in turn, team leaders should allow new employees and the most inexperienced team members to undertake office work.

As a team leader, you can't take the place of them and take charge of stationery and ordering system for them.

The fourth move: provide enough information for the team.

Give your team enough information, which will make people feel that team leaders are trusting them, but teams.

Leader

The following rules should be followed, otherwise they will play an opposite role.

You need to share information with everyone in the team, rather than just tell project leaders or project managers.

When information is no longer secret, do not say that the information is still confidential.

If they learn about this from other places, they will feel cheated.

Some information should be kept secret for the time being.

If we disclose them to them and then expect them to do secrecy work, they will probably fail.

The fifth move: do not neglect anyone in the team.

It is not easy to do this, especially in larger teams, and sometimes you can make them feel neglected if they are careless.

Those who are ignored should be respected as well as other members of the team.

For those members who are excluded from training and team activities and stay behind, they need to be remedial when appropriate.
