Through the investigation before the meeting, Mr. Xu Bin, on behalf of the home clothes Committee and the frontiers, released the Northeast home clothes market report at the meeting, analyzed the current situation and prospects of the Northeast home furnishing market, and conducted targeted public classes. The topic was "how to quickly enhance the store performance" for the home furnishing enterprises and franchisees. It pointed out that the five major aspects of personnel, display, promotion, goods and services are closely related to the store performance, and how to carry out differentiated marketing.

Members of the display Committee of the China Fashion Designers Association, and the teacher of color certification in the US CMB company, Mr. Cen Ying, made an eye opening course on the confusion of the shops in the end of the exhibition, and analyzed the related key elements of the display, including the store planning, lighting system, display combination mode, color specification, key display and display management.

The conference also set up the answer time, the experts answered the puzzles in the business process of the home clothing dealer. How to learn from the operation experience of the big brand, the problem of employing people, the quality of purchase and so on are all the problems that people are more concerned about.


This conference has attracted many brands of home furnishing clothing and the excellent distributors in the Northeast market.
