After listening to your opinions, Gao pointed out that the silk spinning and garment industry is Nanchong's livelihood industry and complex industry.

To enhance the overall competitiveness of our city as a whole is the key to further development of the industry during the "12th Five-Year" period.

Only in this way can we build Nanchong into a design and R & D base and manufacturing base for advanced silk spinning garments with well-known and local characteristics both at home and abroad.

Mr. Gao stressed that a high starting point is to plan the industrial development in 12th Five-Year. We must continue to lay stress on the construction of raw material bases, strive to improve the functions of industrial parks, focus on cultivating and strengthening leading enterprises, and vigorously develop the silk spinning and garment market.
