The gross profit of Anta has increased to 42.8%, and net profit has exceeded Lining continuously. The number of stores has exceeded 10000 by the end of this year.


During the May 13th Chengdu sports fair, Zheng Jie, President of Anta brand, said in an exclusive interview that Anta had a complete cost management system in terms of cost control, such as bidding mechanism for bidding, and the pfer of production to lower cost areas.


On the same day, Lai Shixian, vice president of Anta group, visited Fengzhen, Anhui Province, to learn about Fengzhen's Industrial Park, and an Feng vocational secondary school.

All of these may provide protection for lower cost production.


Zhang Tao, vice president of Anta sports, said that Anta already has a factory in Anhui. It is precisely because of its own factory that the "handle" that enterprises need will be very rich, knowing how the place is now, how much the labor wage has gone up, and the material has actually risen several points.

Apart from Anhui, the areas Anta considered include Henan and other places.


Zheng Jie said that the share of OEM is larger than that of Anta's own factories, and is also helping to guide suppliers to shift to the lower average labor cost area.

This is part of Anta's efforts to strengthen cost control and supply chain management. Other elements include strategic sourcing and so on.


For the pfer of production, Zheng Jie said that next year should be able to see some preliminary results.


Responding to inflationary pressures, the price of Anta products increased by 10% over last year.


Ding Shizhong, chairman and chief executive of Anta sports, said in April 6th that inflationary pressure is still very high this year. From last year to now, the soaring of raw materials has become a factor of uncertainty and challenges to the industry, and labor stress is also an important factor that can not be ignored.


Ding Shizhong said that this year Anta's share in the domestic market is expected to surpass Adidas and become the second largest sporting goods brand in China after Nike, but he will not disclose the expected sales this year.
